Stiffness, tension or discomfort around the neck, for example after waking up or when turning your head.
Chiropractic care tailored to your situation
My name is Adrian Byliński. I am a chiropractor and massage therapist. For many years, my work has focused on massage, manual techniques and chiropractic.
I trained in Poland and Germany. I gained experience working in physiotherapy centres and other health-related settings. I continue to learn and develop my skills.
I start with a conversation, observe how you move and carry out relevant tests. Only then do I decide what to focus on during the visit.
Common reasons people come to see me
Discomfort in the lower or mid-back that makes everyday movement harder.
Difficulty lifting your arm, reaching for something, or making movements that used to feel easy.
Some movements feel more restricted than they used to, even without obvious pain.
Tension and discomfort after training, physical exertion or returning to regular physical activity.
Stiffness and tension after long periods of sitting at a desk, in a car, or in front of a screen.

What clients say
Questions before your appointment
How should I prepare for my first visit?
No special preparation is needed. During the visit, I'll need to see your back, so wear comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement and allows you to uncover your back easily if needed — for example, a sports top.
Is every visit the same?
No. Every visit starts with a conversation and an assessment. What happens next depends on how you feel, what limitations you have and how your body responds.
Does the visit focus only on the spine?
No. Depending on the situation, I may also work with the shoulders, pelvis and peripheral joints, and consider how different areas of the body work together.
Can I bring X-rays, MRI scans or other test results?
Yes. If you have test results or reports, they can be helpful during our discussion.
Does every visit include joint manipulation?
No. Joint manipulation is not part of every visit. Depending on the situation, mobilisations or soft-tissue work may be more appropriate.
Can a visit replace a medical consultation?
No. If a medical assessment is needed or there are any warning signs, it's best to see a doctor first.
How long is a standard visit?
A standard visit lasts 45 minutes. What we do during that time depends on the purpose of the visit and your current needs.
Chiropractic care and manual techniques are not a substitute for a medical consultation or urgent medical care.
